Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fazliddin Pochoev, who runs Capsule Hill under the name Donish AI ("we", "us"). By using Capsule Hill you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they agree to these terms for you. Use an email address that belongs to you.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. Keep access to your email account safe, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Your letters belong to you
You keep ownership of everything you write. You give us permission to store your letters, keep them sealed, and show them to you and the people you address them to. We need that permission to run the service, and it ends when you delete them.
Be kind
Don't use Capsule Hill to:
- harass, threaten, bully or scare anyone, or send hateful content;
- send capsules or group invites to people who don't want them, or send spam;
- share someone else's private information, or anything illegal or sexual involving minors;
- pretend to be someone else;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site, or read data that isn't yours.
Letters are checked automatically for hurtful words like threats and slurs, and a letter with them can't be buried until you change them. Anyone can report a letter or block the person who sent it. We review reports, and we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. When an account is suspended, capsules it sent that haven't opened yet are removed. If you think we got it wrong, email us.
Groups
Group admins can rename the group, change admins, remove members, reset the invite link and delete the group. Anyone with a group's invite link can join until the group is full or the link is reset, so share it only with people you trust.
Free service, no guarantees
Capsule Hill is free. We work hard to keep your capsules safe and to send emails on time, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We can't promise it will always work, that every email will arrive (some land in spam), or that the service will exist forever. If we ever plan to shut down, we'll try to tell you by email ahead of time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost letters or data. Our total liability to you is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. You can stop using Capsule Hill at any time by deleting your account.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
